What can I do if I require companion or caregiver accompaniment to attend a VIP?

Sofar VIP will support any request for companion accompaniment.

Your companion is welcome to accompany you without purchasing a VIP package or upgrade from Sofar. Please provide our team with your companion's full name so we can add them to our list. We can be reached at vip@sofar.com.

Please note: If your companion would like to take part in the VIP program, they will need to purchase a VIP Upgrade or package in order to have access to all of the exclusives that the program may offer.

It's also important to note that a ticket to the event itself is required to attend a VIP program. The venue may require you and/or your companion to purchase a ticket for admission to the venue. I recommend reaching out to the venue to inquire about their policy if you have not already. The best way to do this is to go to the venue's website and locate their contact information. If you need help getting in touch with the venue or have questions after you have confirmed their policy, contact our support team at vip@sofar.com and we'll be happy to assist.
