Does my VIP Upgrade come with a show ticket?
VIP Upgrades do NOT include a ticket to attend the show. Please note that a ticket to the show is required to attend the VIP Experience and should be purchased separately via the venue’s website.
When will I get more details about my VIP upgrade?
You’ll receive an email with show-specific VIP instructions from vip@sofar.com within 72 hours of your event. Please be sure to add vip@sofar.com to your contacts to ensure your email doesn't end up in Spam.
If you're unable to locate your email and the show you're attending is less than 48 hours away, please reach out to vip@sofar.com and we'd be happy to provide you with the details directly.
Where and when may I collect my merchandise?
Instructions for collecting your VIP merchandise will be provided in the pre-show email described above. You will receive this email roughly 72 hours prior to the show and it will include the location for checking in and a timeframe during which the check-in table will be open.
What happens if I'm running late?
The Meet and Greet with Ronnie Radke is only guaranteed so long as you arrive before the VIP check-in window closes. If you arrive late, you may miss the Meet and Greet.
If you arrive late, please check in with the team at the VIP check-in table who may be able to get you into the Meet and Greet as long as it is still running.
If you can't pick up your merch items during the designated window, please head to the VIP check-in table before it closes. The VIP check-in table window is provided in the info email you will receive.
Your merchandise cannot be shipped to you after the event, so please make sure you collect your items before VIP check-in closes.
What if I have multiple VIP upgrades, but my guests are unable to come?
As the original purchaser, you can collect merchandise for all upgrades that you purchased, even if your guests aren’t present.
What if I purchased my VIP upgrade from someone else?
If you bought resale tickets, you need a photo of the original purchaser’s ID to redeem all elements of your VIP upgrade.
How can I transfer my upgrade?
Check the How to Transfer Your VIP Package article for more details.
Please be aware VIP entry and merchandise aren’t guaranteed without the original purchaser’s photo ID.
Will poster tubes be provided, or do I need to bring my own?
You will receive a rubber band with your poster, as poster tubes are not provided. If you prefer a tube, check with your venue for specific policies regarding items allowed through the doors.
What’s the Meet and Greet Photo Policy? When can I expect to have my photo?
