When will I receive VIP information?

A detailed VIP information email will be sent to you 48-72 hours before the event. 

VIP check-in will be based on the original purchaser's name or your name. You will need a photo ID that includes a name that matches our list and follow the check-in instructions provided in the VIP information email. To ensure you receive this email, please add vip@sofar.com to your contacts to ensure it is delivered directly to your inbox.
